Setup

Equipment Needed:

  • Impact Spray/Foot Spray

How to play

  1. Use your impact spray and make three dots on the mat. One in the middle of your stance, one in line with front foot, one in line with back foot.
  2. Take your stance and setup to the middle dot.
  • First swing with full intent striking the dot in line with your trail foot
  • Next swing with full intent and strike the dot in line with your front foot
  • Finally swing with full intent and strike the dot in line with the middle of your stance
  • Spray again so you take a small break and repeat
  1. The goal here is to keep going until you miss a dot

Scoring

Keep counting until you miss. 1 points per hit.
When you miss the game stops.
